LoveKeighley held a Buy Local Competition to tie in with Valentines Day 2010.
Entrants were required to write into the Keighley News to tell the world what they love about Keighley!!
We had a fantastic response and we are now very happy to announce the five lucky winners.
Doris Moore was our first winner and she and her husband Garry shared their Ruby Wedding Anniversary on Valentines Day 2010!! A double celebration!!
She and Garry were presented with a box of chocolates and a bottle of Champagne by Bryn Morgan representing ASDA of Keighley.
Her winning entry was
I Love Keighley because it has lovely views of the countryside; it has lots of good shops and a shopping centre; good transport and near to the elderly persons's home where I work!
