Susan Shaw has been happily married for 40 years, run a home, brought up a family and has had a very busy life involved with charities and village-hall committees.

Suddenly her cosy world is turned upside-down when fate throws her a marital googly. What does she do now to kick-start her life, especially as she realises that time is not on her side?

Looking good is not without its problems!
