College does something funny for money

On Friday 13th March Park Lane College Keighley held a Staff v Student day in aid of Comic Relief.
Staff and students pitted themselves against each other in a number of events from rounders to bowling with the main event being a cycling marathon held in reception at Cavendish street.
In a hugely enjoyable day the college managed to raise £333 with the students just edging the staff 69-68 thanks mainly to one student who was on the bike for more than 2 hours (hat's off to you).
Thanks go to everyone involved in the day with special thanks to student Ria Sturrs who helped publicise the event and gather prizes which were provided by Poundland, The Store and Nigels Fruit & Veg.
